World Wide Specialty Programs Former CEO Dorothy Taylor Inducted into ASA Leadership Hall of Fame

Alexandria, VA, Septemeber 28, 2021— The American Staffing Association today inducted Dorothy Taylor, chief executive officer and president of World Wide Specialty Programs, into the ASA Leadership Hall of Fame. Taylor was honored during a ceremony at the association’s annual Staffing World conference in Denver.

For 40 years, Taylor has played a key role in the development and implementation of what has become one of the most comprehensive programs of insurance for the staffing industry. She has witnessed firsthand the changes and growth the industry has undergone and has made sure, through her career, that World Wide’s coverage met the evolving exposures that the industry faced

An ardent supporter of the ASA for decades, Taylor oversaw World Wide Specialty as it became the first association corporate partner in 2009. In 2016, she was as one of the top 50 extraordinary women in the insurance industry by Insurance Business America.

“Dorothy Taylor’s commitment, passion, and dedication to advancing the interests of ASA and our industry are unparalleled,” says Richard Wahlquist, president and CEO of ASA. “We are all indebted to Dorothy for her lifetime of service, unwavering support, and leadership.”

Created in 1985, the ASA Leadership Hall of Fame recognizes outstanding individual contributions made through dedicated service to ASA and the staffing and recruiting industry.
